Alice toured LLWP with Derek Chester, Geology and Ecology major from Alfred, who will be doing his senior thesis at LLWP. It will entail taking sediment core samples and discerning vegetation from long ago. This is done by analyzing pollen samples. He needed a full history of LLWP.
Bob sent him a digital version of the “State of Loon Lake Watershed” – the “red notebook” to help with his research.
