The Loon Lake Chapel services for the season begin June 26th and continue through September 4th. Services are at 10:30 a.m. each Sunday during the season. Frank Williams is the worship leader again this year.
There is an open position of trustee for the Chapel. Please consider applying for this position.
Recent renovations to the Chapel were funded by a generous gift from Joe and Carol Pierce. There is another necessary project that needs to be funded, so everyone please consider donating.
The popular “Ice Cream Social” will be held July 30th at 4:00 p.m. Hots and hamburgs will be served along with drinks and a plethora of deserts! Prior to the Social, town residents can drop off outdated or unused drugs at the chapel from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The Steuben County Sheriff’s Dept. will be on hand to collect the drugs and see that they are disposed of in bio-med incinerators. Please never flush unwanted drugs down the toilet as they work their way into ground water and the lake eventually.
There are a few dates still available to reserve the chapel and the covered deck out back.
